What we know about you, and what we do with it

We are a small studio, not a data business. We collect what we need to cut your outfit and get it to you, and nothing beyond that.

01 What we collect

When you order or enquire, we take your name, phone number, email, delivery address and your measurements. If you pay online, the payment is handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your card details.

◆ Contact details, so we can reach you about your order.

◆ Delivery address, for the courier.

◆ Body measurements and fit notes, so the next piece is faster than the first.

◆ Order history, for alterations and warranty on hand work.

◆ Photos you send us on WhatsApp of designs you like.

02 Why we keep measurements

Because customers come back, and re-measuring from scratch every time wastes your afternoon. Your measurements sit against your name and phone number in our studio records. We always read them back to you before cutting rather than assuming they are still right.

If you would rather we did not keep them, say so and we will delete them after your order is collected.

03 Who else sees it

Our courier partner gets your name, address and phone number, because they cannot deliver without it. Our payment provider gets what it needs to process the payment. Nobody else.

◆ We do not sell, rent or trade your details. Not to anyone, not ever.

◆ We do not run advertising trackers that follow you to other websites.

◆ We do not add you to a mailing list because you bought something. You have to sign up.

04 Photos of your outfit

We sometimes photograph a finished piece for Instagram. If you are in the photo, or the piece is identifiable as yours, we ask you first and we accept no as an answer. Bridal photographs are never posted without written permission from the bride.

05 WhatsApp

Most of our conversations happen on WhatsApp, which means the message history sits on WhatsApp's servers under their terms, not ours. If you would rather not use it, call us or email and we will work that way.

06 Cookies

The website uses the minimum needed to keep your bag and your login working between page loads. There is no advertising or profiling cookie on this site.

Your rights

Ask us to delete it and we will

Message us and we will remove your details from our records within seven days, other than what tax law requires us to keep on invoices. We will confirm in writing when it is done.
