What happens if a piece is not right
Most of what we make is cut for one person, so it cannot go back on a rack. Here is exactly what can be returned, what can be exchanged, and what we will fix for free.

Policies are written to be clear, not to trap you. If something here reads unfairly, message us and we will look at your case.

These cannot be returned or refunded. They are cut to your measurements, embroidered to your chosen design, and cannot be sold to anyone else. This is the trade off for something that actually fits.
What you do get is a fitting before it is finished, so problems get caught while the piece is still on the table.
02 Ready to wear pieces
Exchange or refund within seven days of delivery, as long as the piece is unworn, unwashed, and the tags are still attached. Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven working days of us receiving the piece.

◆ Return courier inside Bengaluru is on us. Outside Bengaluru, it is on you.
◆ Sale pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.
◆ Dupattas and fabric cut to length are final sale.
03 If we made a mistake
If the piece does not match what you approved, or a measurement was cut wrong on our side, we remake or refund it in full and pay the courier both ways. No argument, no restocking charge. That is our error, not yours.
04 Alterations
One free alteration on every piece within thirty days of collection, as long as your body measurements have not changed. Bring it to the studio or courier it. Alterations take two to four working days.
A size up or down is a remake rather than an alteration, and is charged. Order custom and this does not come up.
05 Hand work repairs
Loose sequins, popped hooks, an open hem, a pearl that has come away: bring it in whenever it happens and we fix it free. There is no time limit on this, and it applies for as long as you own the piece.
06 What we will not accept
A piece that has been worn, washed, dry cleaned or altered somewhere else. Slight variation in hand embroidery between motifs, which is how hand work looks. Colour that looks different on your screen than in daylight, though we will always send you a photo of the actual fabric before cutting if you ask.

WhatsApp the order number and a photo of the problem. We will tell you within a working day whether it is an alteration, an exchange or a refund, and what happens next. No ticket numbers.
