Nothing ships until it is finished and checked. That means the clock starts when the piece leaves the frame, not when you place the order.

Ready to wear pieces leave within two working days. Made to measure pieces ship once they are finished, which is seven to ten days from confirmed measurements. Bridal is four to six weeks and we agree the date with you up front.
02 Studio pick up
Free, and our favourite option. We message you the morning a piece is ready. Come by any time Monday to Saturday between 10 AM and 7 PM. If something needs a nip and tuck, we can often do it while you wait.
03 Inside Bengaluru
Hand delivered by us or by a local partner, two to three working days after the piece is finished. Free on every order, whatever the value. We call before we arrive.
04 Rest of India
Insured and tracked courier, three to five working days after dispatch.
◆ Free on orders above Rs. 5,000.
◆ Rs. 250 flat below Rs. 5,000.
◆ Metro cities are usually three days, smaller towns four to five.
◆ Someone needs to be at the address to sign. We do not leave hand embroidery at a gate.
05 Outside India
We do not ship internationally at the moment. What we do instead: many customers have the piece delivered to family in India who carry it across. We pack it flat in a box for exactly that, at no extra charge. Ask when you order.
06 How it is packed
Every piece is pressed, folded with tissue at the creases, and put in a cotton muslin bag with a card. Heavy bridal work goes flat in a box rather than folded, so the embroidery does not crush. Keep the muslin bag and store the outfit in it rather than on a hanger.
07 If it arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel before you open it fully and send us the photos the same day. Courier damage is insured and we will remake or refund. This has happened twice in four years, but it happens.
Tracking
You will know where it is
We message you on WhatsApp when the piece is finished, again when it is dispatched with the tracking number, and again on the delivery day. The track order page shows which stage a piece is at while it is still being made.
